DESCRIPTION: this house was built in 1881 in the Baltimore MD area, the house had not been Avitable for 20 years. the home did not have any roof Maintenace over this period, Esteban contracting remove the slate surrounding five chimneys and reflash the chimneys with new 16.0z copper.
we restore areas of custom built in box gutter and installed new custom copper gutter solder with 50/50 soldering.
A slate repair was done throughout the entire home including the steep turret.
