Hook & ladder 8 Locate at Chicago Street in Buffalo New York. built in 1897 it served the community until 1978, Now the Property is privately owned and has been going through several renovations staring with the roof.

On-going Project:

PNC bank center built in 1987 located in the heart of Wilmington. The building had multiple leaks on the 18th floor, penthouse and 6th floor garage roofs. All roofs were replaced to 60mil white TPO (thermoplastic polyolefin) membrane.

Replacement of apron flashings on all dormers and slate repairs.

Installation of a new black Vermont slate, new copper gutters and gutter guards throughout the entire home, copper chimney flashing, copper retro fit snowguards, copper downspouts, and new charcoal black asphalt shingle installation on the garage with copper valleys. [...]

SCOPE OF WORK: At this house we upgraded from 5-inch gutters to 6-inch copper gutters throughout the entire house, new 4-inch copper downspouts, custom double lock window wells panels solder with lead free solder. slate repair throughout the roof and new copper counter flashing on the chimney.
