Project Description

this building is located on 12th street northwest Washington dc, one of the busiest locations in dc and withing 2 miles from the white house. we install a new TPO membrane roofing and new copper counter flashing surrounding the parapet wall, we also fabricated a new custom copper build-in gutter and custom copper straps. all seams were then solder with a copper soldering iron and 50/50 soldering.
