Description: after inspection of these property, most of the EPDM seams had been rework and patched with roof cement. the change of temperature caused many leaks on multiple locations leading to a complete new roof replacement with a new TPO roofing system.
Before the new membrane installation, all of the roof gravel was removed a section at a time and reapplied after all TPO seams were welded with a professional heat welding gun.
