OLD TOWN ALEXANDRIA

Old town Alexandria a busy historic District along the Potomac River. Esteban contracting inspected the roof and came across an Asbestos Slate roof. An abatement was required to remove the slate and haul away from premises.

Esteban contracting installed a new Natural black Vermont slate with new Copper Snowguards, Copper chimney flashing and Copper Valleys.

On the rear we replaced the flat roof with a New TPO rubber roof system and copper coping.

we also Replace the gutters at the United Methodist Church. the Aluminum gutters were Upgraded to copper gutters solder with 50/50 soldering.
