PNC bank center built in 1987 located in the heart of Wilmington. The building had multiple leaks on the 18th floor, penthouse and 6th floor garage roofs. All roofs were replaced to 60mil white TPO (thermoplastic polyolefin) membrane.

SCOPE OF WORK: historic row had multiple leaks on several of its buildings, we replace the entire roof with new Tri-ply APP smooth modified bitumen membrane and welded all seams with open flame torch.
